What is the Resident Rewards Program?

This incentive program encourages student involvement in the community by rewarding basic actions which promote good citizenship and/or engagement in the community and University.

How do students receive Resident Rewards?

Any time a student observes another peer doing a good deed, they simply nominate them by submitting a form online or directly to a team member at their community. Based on what was outlined in the submission, the nominee could be a recipient of a resident reward!

Experience Service:

Our Sequoia team members, do all that they can to make the experience matter for you each day. Therefore we offer the following services at all of our Sequoia communities...

• Package Delivery: We not only accept and sign for your packages, but with your permission we'll deliver them to your home and leave them inside for you.
• Designer Accent Wall: We've pre-selected a palette of six accent colors for you to choose from. We are delighted to paint one custom wall of your choice upon renewal.**

• Refreshment Bar: Each of our communities is adorned with our signature refreshment bar. Come down to the office daily to enjoy complimentary bottled water, coffee, and tea.
• Events: Each of our communities host monthly events. These range from poolside barbecues to dessert and coffee by the stars.
• Frequent Referral Program: Team Sequoia is committed to creating referral-worthy relationships with our existing customers. If we have accomplished this goal, there is no better way to show us you're happy than by referring your friends and family. To return the favor, we are pleased to offer a frequent referral program that allows you to earn more money each time your referral moves in!
